War of the WORDS

Well, I took Bruce to the Airport this morning. He was supposed to get to see a Shuttle launch but if you have seen the news it went up FRIDAY... alas, his luck has not changed. AND he will come home before it lands!! Oh well, maybe next time. My brother is out of the hospital. I think he is doing better. My mother in law is having a lump removed on Dec 1st. Kids are busy busy busy. Katie is really liking this National Academic League thing she is in. She participates in the presentation team. The have a "Theme" and get points for how well they present their portion of the "program'. It is very informative and interesting. Well, Not for young children - it is very boring but it is interesting if you like facts and figures. lol She got into a 'war of words" with some kid on the net. He was making fun of the NAL kids and she told him off in words I dont even know... It was AWESOME!!! She loved it. She does hula, Karate and can kick butt with her words. All in all it was a successfull week for Kate!

At the rate I am going with this these will only come once a month! I forgot how to get to this! DUH!!! someday I will get some computer savey and then LOOK OUT WORLD! lol This should be an exciting month for us. Jaden turns 12. Our oldest grand son. He will get the priesthood and is such a fine young man!!! Cameron will turn 17! OH my gosh. I cant believe it. We found out this week that my Mother in law has breast cancer and my brother has blood clots in his lungs! I thought I was stressed before! Woah! I am such a stinking worrier - they are both such great and important people in my life - our lives - please remember them in your prayers!!! Have a good Thanksgiving and hopefully I will get back here to tell you GOOD NEWS before then! Love to all, Margo

I USED TO BE ABLE TO MOVE THE PICURES AROUND BUT TODAY "IT" WONT LET ME. HMMMMM - I KNOW IT IS ME THAT IS MESSED UP NOT "IT" but it is easier to blame IT - so go on and read the message and LOL to your hearts content!

I did it! Well, Bruce did - got my pictures on the rock wall! Isn't it beautiful? I love it. Now all I have to do is look up when I am making dinner and I can see my grandkids!!! It is so wonderful... It is so great! He had to drill holes in the mortar to get it to hang there. There is a pole for the three things to hang on. You cant see it but it is there. I really like it. I have to get something FANTASTIC to go beside it. Maybe one of those huge new stars or something...

Carrie called last night and said she and Kimberly were putting the kids in the tub at Kimberly's - bring the camera - so I did. I found out that Carson knows just what a camera is for! HAMMING IT UP!!! He is so like his mommy! :P I tried not to get any "parts" so I had to delete most of the pictures I took. But there are some cute pics... wet babies.

Lexie was tired so we were lucky to get a happy one of here and Brynley just wanted to get out and play with Katie.

Birthday's and Fishing and Homecoming

We had a fun weekend. It was Karli's 24th birthday on the 2nd and she wanted to have trout so we decided to go to the Fish Farm to get them... The grand kids love to fish so off we went... pics included... Cam didnt get to go because it was the same day as the Homecoming Dance but he got to eat the fish on Sunday the same day as the PARTY!~ Carson(grandbaby) had his first birthday that day too so we had fish and cake for dinner and cake cake CAKE!!! MORE PICS i am including pics of each grandkid. I am making a new wall decoration and put each GRAND in red in the cool frame I got - I LOVE IT! When I get it on the wall I will post a photo of IT as well. The kids in order of appearance: Spencer, Parker, Tyler, Jaden, Mikayla, Hunter, Brynley, Alexis, Carson, Aaron, Karli and Bryn, and Cameron ready for Homecoming!Somewhere in there is a pic of a bunch of us fishing. WALK

Yesterday we went on the NUHOPE walk to help raise awareness for teen suicide... or make people aware that it is happening in UT. It was a great feeling to be at least trying to do something. My nephew Jeremy spoke at the opening ceremony and then we walked. They had people holding posters with warning signs on them. It really was a GREAT event.

Today I took some new pictures of my LITTLE doggie CC and her brother Jack. She is almost the same age Nanna the HUGE dog we have. Nanna is an AKBASH. Jack and CC are Miniature Pinschure/chihuahua mix. Nanna will max out at around 125 lbs... or could. She is a Turkish herding breed. Not AKC at all. But a great dog. Very gentle and loving. CC HATES her.

Today I made this Blog. I hate the word Blog. What is that anyway? Blabbering Log? Blubbering Log? Blithering Idiots Labored Blab? I dont like the word. But since that is what someone called it and I am participating in it I will go there. Here I am - making a blog on my families goings on. "FOOTLOOSE"is finally over!!!! I am here to say there is absolute proof there is a supreme being ruling the universe! I know it now as I never did before! Holy Cow! There was never a more practiced play in the history of musicals in the world. It was all worth it to see Katie in the Prom scene at the end but I must say GOOD GRIEF CHARLIE BROWN!!!! AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAARRRRRRRRRGGGGGG! It was good and good to have done. That is all I will say. She had fun and wants to do more but we will not tell her dad that now. Oops I think I just did.

Cameron is getting ready for play offs for LaCrosse Fall Ball. If he lives that long. We are having fun watching him fight off the women. Homecoming is a week away and woah- - girls girls girls. To hear him talk he is the only available batchelor in the school. jk

Aaron is looking for a new job. He hates his one at the meat dept now. The guy he works for is giving him fits. He works a ton and cant have any weekend nights off. Poor kid! He knew the job was dangerous when He took it I guess. He is looking forward to starting college. His hair is getting so long now that we are thinking about changing the spelling of his name to Erin! lol

Karli is living on her own in an apt on 21st st. She likes it but is a little lonely I think. She has started to make excuses to come to my house to not be alone. WEIRD for her I know.

Grandkids are the reason to allow teenagers to live... Mothers remember that. I tell myself that daily. I have so much fun everytime I get to see one of the grandkids that I am so glad I allowed Brandon and Jason to continue on in this life. Even Kimberly and Carrie served thier purposes now! NATHAN may have a reason to live someday!
